ERA Strother went far beyond what was expected to help us find the house we wanted. I didn't see any shady practices at all or felt like they were trying to push me one way or the other. I agree with the other comments that you should know what you are getting into when making a house purchase, If you dont know your house purchasing ABCs then anyone is going to try to take advantage of you.
